How 29th Labs handles personal information on this website.

Updated 1 October 2026

We collect only what you send us, and we track nothing.

  • What this covers

This policy covers this website, which is run by 29th Labs, a design and engineering studio in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

  • What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. The project form asks for the services you need, the stage the project is at, a budget if you want to give one, a timeline and a description.

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your email address, or your WhatsApp number and profile name, and whatever you write.

  • How it reaches us

The project form does not send anything itself. It assembles your answers into a brief, and you send that to us yourself: on WhatsApp, where the brief is copied for you to paste into the chat, or from your own email.

Your answers are held in the page while you fill the form in. They are not saved in your browser, and they are gone if you reload or leave the page.

  • WhatsApp

The WhatsApp link opens a conversation with us in WhatsApp, a separate service run by Meta. This website sends WhatsApp nothing itself; what you write there is handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

  • How we use it

To reply to you and to discuss your project. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell it or pass it on to anyone for their own purposes.

  • Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Its fonts, images and scripts are served from this website, not from other companies.

  • What your browser keeps

So the opening animation is not replayed every time, the site stores two small markers in your browser: that you have seen it during this visit, and that you have visited before. During a visit your browser also remembers how far you had scrolled.

None of this identifies you or is sent to us. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes it.

  • Hosting

Like any website, the servers that deliver this one receive your IP address and basic details about your browser in order to respond, and the hosting provider may keep them in its logs for security.

  • How long we keep it

We keep project enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and to work with you. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

  • Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to us.

  • Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
